- **Cancellation & Refunds:** You may cancel your service plan at any time with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in your plan agreement.

- **Warranty & Returns:** Products may come with manufacturer warranties. Returns or exchanges are subject to our return policy, which is available upon request.
- **Installation & Use:** Proper installation and use are the responsibility of the customer or authorized personnel. We are not liable for misuse or improper installation by third parties.
